Document and confirm demand for offshore resources, including information on skillsets required, transition dates, and incumbent roles.
Liaise with end customers to capture detail of the requirement and use this to input to draft order and the overall transition plan.
Develop high-level transition plans and draft orders for offshore resources.
Work with technology stakeholders and SLT to identify potential future demand for the offshore centre.
Co-ordinate and manage 30/60/90 day forecast of demand for offshore resources for Cognizant.
Hold weekly sessions with Cognizant to review pipeline, confirm target dates, and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of progress.
Own offshore transition tracker, India Pipeline Forecast, Sri Lanka pipeline forecast, Work Order Tracker, Asset Tracker, and associated reporting.
Co-ordinate pipeline governance process and prepare materials for management team and steering group meetings.
Co-ordinate with finance to estimate costs and benefits associated with transitions, feeding into tracking against baseline business case, and ensure finance are aware of pipeline changes.
Produce requisite reporting on pipeline and related associated analyses.
